Interviews
In order to be able to make the right choice, we always conduct
personal structured interviews with all potential candidates and
carry out a personality analysis based on scientific principles.

Presentation of candidates
Only those candidates most suitable for the job vacancy are
selected for interview with you. You only see candidates who fit
the job profile established during the initial analysis. You
will receive a written summary for each candidate in advance (skills
and personality profile).
We conduct the interview together with you and the selected
candidates.
